About this cruise
Five hours around Diaporos: the Blue Lagoon, Karydi, Elia and Lagonisi. The stretch of Halkidiki people come back for.
Vourvourou is a scatter of small islands, and the water between them is shallow, clear and green in a way that photographs badly because nobody believes it.
We leave Latoura Marina, anchor in the Blue Lagoon first, then carry on to Karydi with the pines coming down to the sand. Elia gets a short stop for a swim, and Lagonisi is the last one before the marina.
Five hours covers the loop without rushing any of it. The whole boat is yours for up to 8 people, and up to three more come at 60 € each. Bring something to eat if you want lunch on board.

The marina is at the head of the bay, on the road to Vourvourou. Parking next to the quay. An hour and twenty from Thessaloniki.

Questions we get asked
Is the Blue Lagoon the same as Vourvourou?
The Blue Lagoon is the shallow channel by Diaporos, the island off Vourvourou. Vourvourou is the village and the coast around it.
Is it good for children?
Yes. The water at the lagoon and at Lagonisi is shallow and calm, and the swim platform at the stern makes getting in and out easy.
Do we need to bring food?
Light snacks, water and soft drinks are on board. For a proper meal, bring it with you. Alcohol and towels are not included.
How many of us fit?
Up to 11. The 610 € covers the whole boat for up to 8 people, and each extra person up to 11 is 60 €.
What if we need to cancel?
A 30% deposit confirms the booking. More than 21 days before departure you pay nothing. Between 21 and 7 days we keep half the deposit. Within 7 days we keep the full deposit.
