Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to every cruise sold on yakosailing.com by GIANT M.C.P.Y. (ΝΕΠΑ), MCPY Reg. no. 4424, VAT ID 996505680, Kiouptsidou 11, 55133 Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, Greece. Yako Sailing is a brand of GIANT M.C.P.Y.
Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. You can also pay the full amount at once.
If you cancel

| 21 days or more before the cruise | Nothing. You get a full refund. |
| From 21 to 7 days before | 50% of the deposit |
| Less than 7 days before | 100% of the deposit |
If you paid the full amount, we keep only the charge above and refund the rest.
To cancel, write to [email protected] with your name and booking date. The date we receive your email counts as the date of cancellation.
Weather
The weather is not a reason for a free change or cancellation, unless you bought Flexi-Weather (the optional weather cancellation cover). With Flexi-Weather, if the weather is bad on your day, you choose: a new date or a refund.
If we cancel the cruise ourselves because it is not safe to sail, you choose: a new date or a full refund.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the same card or payment method you used for the deposit.
- We send the refund within 14 days.
- Ask for a refund at [email protected].
